ArtLexis is physically located in New York City, and was founded in 2000.

ArtLexis is primarily focused on digital images, as opposed to software-based, time-based, or interactive digital art.

ArtLexis is particularly interested in work which arises from (or struggles with) the tradition of Conceptualism. Having said that, ArtLexis likes looking.

ArtLexis is a non-commercial site, despite the fact that it offers prints for sale. It only does that to try to prove a point (see our manifesto).
