D. Dominick Lombardi In 1998, I began a body of work titled Post Apocalyptic Tattoo Series. My intention was to capture through popular culture, as represented by a sort of comic book / tattoo esthetic, individuals who survive the apocalypse. The faces in these prints interpret my core understanding of the variations of a soul as represented by a series of cohesive lines and colors.
